It was fun to walk around the street market. In the early morning the stalls were selling mostly local fruits and vegetables.

The charm of the street market makes the short trip to Sandakan unforgettable.

And guess what did I buy from the street market? What else but the iconic fruit from Borneo, the Buah Tarap.

It is aromatic and with light sweetness, making it so delicious.
