GoodHope Hotel general manager Callie Tan mentioned her hotel is experiencing strong demand for Hari Raya holidays and the long school vacation.

Bookings have been promising, with most guests coming from Singapore and the northern region.

“We are ready to provide enhanced services for a memorable stay. Our team will ensure smooth operations for increased demand,” said Callie.

Lotus Desaru Beach Resort & Spa group operations director/legal advisor Indra Gandhi Pillai said the resort is gearing up to offer a joyful and relaxing retreat for families.

“Special Hari Raya dining experiences and family-friendly stay packages ensure a memorable celebration,” she said.

She said the resort improves hospitality with easy check-ins, good accommodations, and great dining. It offers children’s programs and adventures for fun.

Meanwhile Ramada Suites by Wyndham The Straits Johor Bahru welcomes guests with their exclusive festive deal for families and holidaymakers.

The hotel’s general manager Tengku Azmi Raja Abdullah said guests can enjoy special dining promotions, including traditional Hari Raya dishes, sahur, and Santapan Warisan iftar dinner in a beautifully decorated setting.

“Families can book room packages that include tickets to Zoo Johor and Legoland for a perfect getaway. Our prime location near shopping malls and attractions allows guests to easily explore Johor Bahru,” said Tengku Azmi.

Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel general manager Shibil Malik said the hotel is buzzing with preparations to welcome guests for a memorable stay.

“We’re meticulously decorating our lobby with vibrant Raya-themed decorations, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment guests arrive,” explained Shibil.

According to Shibil the culinary team is creating a special Hari Raya buffet with traditional and modern dishes. They are also planning family-friendly activities and guided tours of local attractions for the holiday.

“We have increased staff and set strict cleaning rules for a smooth and safe experience for all guests. We promise great hospitality and memorable times for families celebrating Hari Raya and starting their school vacations with us,” he stated.

New York Hotel general manager Tan Ai Lee said they are anticipating a surge in occupancy throughout the holiday period, and have already increased staffing levels in key areas such as housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage services.

“Our goal is to maintain a high standard of service even during peak times,” said Tan.

In addition to operational adjustments, they are investing in enhancing the overall guest experience during the festive season. The hotel have set up special decorations and organizing festive activities to create a joyful atmosphere for guests celebrating Hari Raya.

“We want our guests to experience the spirit of Hari Raya with us. We are incorporating traditional elements into our décor and dining experiences, ensuring that visitors feel the festive ambiance from the moment they walk into the hotel,” she said.

Ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri general manager Charanita Gill plans to present the Hari Raya Hi-tea and buffet promotion, specially curated to celebrate the season of togetherness.

She said whether you are planning a family gathering or a festive celebration with friends, the hotel’s delectable spread promises to delight your taste buds with a variety of traditional favorites and international delicacies.
