In 2020, Pauline became a part of ONYX hospitality group, headquartered in Thailand, assuming the role of cluster general manager for Shama Sukhumvit Bangkok, Shama Ekamai Bangkok, and Emmaline Hotel Nan.
In this capacity, she managed a diverse portfolio of serviced apartments and hotels, showcasing her proficiency in navigating intricate operations while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction.
