This is a pair of Black-Thighed Falconet, I assume mother and its young, because of the scene I was observing.

Photo 1-Mom probably telling baby bird that everything is alright and that it is not very high up.

Photo 2-Mom giving baby a confidence boosting talk.

Photo 3-Impatient mom can be seen nudging the reluctant baby.

Photo 4-Baby launched itself in the air, flew a short distance and circled back. Must have made mom very happy.
