I did not realise there are street art on the walls of the old shop houses in Kuala Kubu Bharu.

I seldom stop in town when I head out to Frasers Hill and other parts of Hulu Selangor, as the main road does not pass through the town.

This time I detoured and drove through town looking for a cendol stall.

As soon as I parked, I realised there was more to see in the town.

I actually stayed an unplanned two hours to enjoy the various street arts.

They cover the history of the area, the activities related to nature, and about the local community.

From now on I will add this on my itinerary when I head to the hills for nature trekking.
